Visual simulation of the rescue exercise Tunnels

We created visual simulation of the rescue exercise Tunnels for the Administration for Civil Protection and Disaster Relief - Ministry of Defence Republic of Slovenia.

The rescue exercise was based on the incident where the traffic accident happened between bus and two cars in the tunnel Ljubelj. This initial incident caused heavy fire in the tunnel which endangered all persons caught in vehicles that were located in the tunnel at the time when accident occurred.

Interactive scene with 3D terrain of Karavanke Alps together with all the roads, buildings, tunnel and other objects which were affected by the incident were created by us. Thanks to modern visual simulation we were able to present the actual conditions which can be caused by such incidents. Visual simulations can assist our customer with the possibility of training the different rescue scenarios which are very useful to the participants of the rescue exercise.
