Internet portal e-Ljubljana.com
The e-Ljubljana web portal has been designed in cooperation with the Municipality of Ljubljana. It is based on presenting different sets of dynamic information that are of interest to inhabitants of Ljubljana, tourists, and visitors.
The portal provides a presentation of daily news from Ljubljana in cooperation with Dnevnik d.d. the newspaper publisher. In agreement with the Nova Ljubljanska Banka d.d. we also display daily foreign exchange rates along with other banking information. Together with BTC d.d. we provide information related to the BTC-City shopping centre. Information regarding construction in Ljubljana is prepared together with IMOS d.d. and tourist information is complied in collaboration with the Ljubljana Tourist Board. During the preparation and acquisition of information on cultural events, we cooperate with various partners, e.g. Kolosej, Cankar's House, Opera and Ballet, MGL Theatre, LGL, and SNG Drama.
The principal purpose of the e-Ljubljana portal is to provide quality information in a visual form, which suits, and corresponds, to the fast pace of present life. The portals' most outstanding achievement, to date, is the set up of a virtual city of Ljubljana, which provides an interactive, three-dimensional image of Ljubljana. Equally important is the possibility for visual and interactive presentations of future projects in Ljubljana.
