Crisis Response Operations Model

We are currently developing Crisis Response Operations Model together with our partner Guardiaris for the Department for Operational Research, Simulations and Analysis at Ministry of Defence in Republic of Slovenia. Above mentioned project is a part of target research project Knowledge for Safety and Peace 2004-2010.

Simulation model enables the interactive education, enhancement, and monitoring of one's knowledge and, above all, enable the exercise and rehearsal of various crisis scenarios for different entities (Police, Fire-fighters, Paramedics, Military...)

The aplication may be continuously adapted to users' requirements because it is designed in modular way. Through our use of the object-oriented relational database MySQL we were able to attain the desired results.

Visual simulations inside the aplication are based upon hi-tech 3D real time graphic engine called XUBL, which is developed by ZootFly company from Slovenia.

Practicing on the simulator allows huge amount of feedback informations who are then proccesed by Department for Operational Research, Simulations and Analysis. The final result is complete exercise analysis which can be verry valuable tool for outcomes assessment.
