The objective of our maintenance activities is the uninterrupted, and uncompromised, use of the customer's information sources. This involves the maintenance of individual components within the system and the operational security of the entire system. These maintenance tasks are frequently performed in cooperation with other companies, i.e. those who are already maintaining individual components for the customer (be it the application software or the hardware) and those who are providing the additional system protection.

Companies are continually growing and evolving, leading to changes in their information systems needs. Whether it is the case of a simple update, or a complex transition into a new information system, our consulting team is geared to assist customers in facilitating their decisions and in ensuring the simplest possible transition.

• education

In order to exploit the available resources to their optimal level, the customer needs continual education. We provide customised education services, which are tailored to the customers' specific requirements. All our training courses utilise the best available resources and, where required, are conducted in conjunction with our partners. Certain streams of education are able to utilise technology, enabling instruction via distance education. Using this method we allow the customer the optimal use of their human, and time, resources.

Certain domains of education are also transferred to technologies, which enable the distance learning. By means of this approach we wish to enable our customers the optimal exploitation of time and resources.

Any intervention into an information system carries an inherent level of risk. We aim to minimise the risks of undesirable consequences. This demands a great deal of preparation and analyses. We prepare specific types of analyses on our own or in collaboration with partner companies.
