October, 2003 - For the Ministry of the Economy we created a programming solution for the supervision of projects and strategic tasks. The application is intended primarily for strategic planning and is totally oriented towards the four basic areas of content: Laws-Agreements, Programmes, Sub-programmes and Activities-Events. Each area has a set of tasks, each task has a set of activities, each of which are linked to a participant’s specific activity or task. The timing for each task is managed within the application. Participants can view their tasks and activities, and the application provides reminders of time delays on an individual task basis.
