May, 2006 - We succesfuly created 3D colored mock-up of future hydroelectric powerplants with the help of new 3D printing technology. Preparation phase for 3D printing procedure is quite demanding because it requires special modifications on the 3D computer model. After that the computer model is sliced in layers with the help of special software and then printed in repeated cycles (powder, color).
